Our Team
Leila is the Owner and Director of Kids Retreat Early Learning Centre holding a Bachelor of Education. As a mum of two and over 12 years of experience teaching children across various age groups, she brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role. Leila deeply understands the significance of early childhood development and strives to create the best possible opportunities for children. Her commitment to nurturing a supportive and engaging environment is integral to the mission of Kid’s Retreat, where every child feels safe and is encouraged to learn and grow.
Leila ensures her team of educators are passionate, knowledgeable, and engaged in continuous professional development to provide children with the best education and care. By fostering a culture of learning, she helps her team stay updated on best practices and innovative teaching methods, ultimately enhancing the children's experiences.
